Welcome to MUNI’S CLOTHING! Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to MUNI’S CLOTHING. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & CUSTOM PRINTING

All products sold by MUNI’S CLOTHING are custom printed and made-to-order.

We make every effort to display product colors and designs accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and device display differences.

Because products are custom made:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect size or color selections made by the customer.

  • Customers are requested to check the size chart carefully before placing orders.

SECTION 3 - PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Payments must be completed before order processing begins.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

MUNI’S CLOTHING is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Unexpected logistical issues

Once the order is handed over to the courier, the responsibility of delivery lies with the shipping provider.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Since all products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by customer

  • Wrong color selected by customer

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The print/design is damaged

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong product was delivered

Customers must report issues within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including logos, designs, images, graphics, text, and product mockups are the property of MUNI’S CLOTHING and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • You own the rights to the content

  • The content does not violate any copyright or trademark laws

We reserve the right to refuse any custom design that contains offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material.

  • Customer mistakes during order placement

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
